OBXX! The extra X is for X-cellent! We had another amazing trip to Outer Banks. Ah, we love that place. We had a huge group this year and got two houses instead of one. Thirteen couples, which is 26 adults and 13 kids. We had two houses just down the street from the beach. Each day went pretty much like this: wake up (wish I could say sleep in, but come on, we have kids), head to the beach to play, come back for lunch, hit the hot tub or pool, play at the beach some more or go out site seeing, head back for a delicious dinner with everyone, put the kids to bed and then one more dip in the hot tub and games. We loved it. Jack loved having buddies to play with everyday. I loved not cooking for almost a week. We went down on a Saturday and most families headed back on Wednesday. Logan decided to skip class and we stayed until Saturday which meant we had the our house all to ourselves for three days. We are already counting down the days until next years trip.

| This was the house we stayed in. I didn't get a picture of the other one. |

| This is a ridiculous shot of me, but proof I was there. It is obvious my pool skills are terrible. |
| Jack and Liam on the beach. Soon after this picture Jack got swept away by a wave and I had to run and grab him. Poor kid. It was a bit terrifying. |
| Hot tubbin! |
| Logan, Adam Watts and John Harding practice their Skim boarding skills. |
| Logan skim boarding |
| I though it was called SKIN boarding and it should be. Logan sliced a giant hole in his foot and we had to head home from the beach for the day. We debated stitches a the ER or not but remembered we would have to drive back to Virginia for it to be covered by our insurance so Logan toughed it out. This was a month ago and he still has hole. Probably should get that fixed. It doesn't look that bad here, but he literally has a hole in his foot. |

| Our talented friends the Williams and Fairbanks sculpted Mcqueen for Jack. |

| Jack is a good big brother. I looked back and saw Jack holding her hand in the car. |
| Eating out for some yummy seafood. |
| We pulled this little red wagon down to the beach each day. |
