Tennessee!

For spring break we went to Pigeon Forge Tennessee.  Before going here, I had never heard of it nor knew where it was.  But our wonderful friends the Hardings offered their cabin and we had so much there.  Such a fun place. Our group included the Hardings, Watts, Guynns, Bunkers, and Bylunds.  We took a turn cooking dinners and eating yummy food.  We went into town a few of the days and did some amusement type rides, mini golfing and playing at parks.  We hung out at the cabin too playing games, launching water balloons and sitting in the hot tub.  We would love to go back someday.
On the rides at a somewhat sketchy amusement park.
The go-carts.  He looks happy here but surprisingly he hated it.  Screamed the whole time.  For someone who loves cars so much, he sure hated this.  Logan is sporting his ugly K-Mart sweater because just like every trip we go on, he forgot something important.  We were in the mountains so of course he forgot a sweater.
All the boys raced plus Sarah Bylund.  I don't have it in this picture but she won.  Haha.
We went on a little hike to a waterfall in the Smokey Mountains.

Our group minus Steve and Jenni.
One of my favorite pictures.  The first time she was alarmed and hated it.  But as soon as we got off she was so mad and wanted to get back on.  Logan took her the second time and she loved every minute of it.  And cried again when she had to get off.
Playing some kickball.  I love kickball.  This made me so happy

.
8 months pregnant, yet look at that amazing kick.

The kids were good to entertain themselves.

Eating some dinner afterward.

Water balloons! We got a launcher and everyone took turns launching them off the deck.
My baby gave me super strength.
Char found it useful to use her entire body for the shoot.  She had a hard time letting go.
And of course it wouldn't be a Christenson trip without car problems.  True story.  We headed down the mountain into town to go the aquarium.  Got part of the way down when suddenly our car quit. Odd.  Got out to check it out and when we popped the hood, there was a bunch of insulation all over the place.  Turns out that we parked our car the night before at the cabin and in the 12 hours that it sat there, a squirrel got in our engine, chewed through a bunch of wires, pulled some insulation out and made a nest and slept there.  We had to call a tow truck, Logan rode along and took the car Knoxville, spent the day there while they fixed it and then drove home.  And the best part was our amazing warranty on our almost brand new car didn't cover animal damage so we had to pay for it.
Hot tubbin!
Char and Noah bonding by taking a bath together.
A store that also had tank with a shark in it.  It was a tiny shark but Jack didn't seem to mind.  This was our way of making up for missing the aquarium.  Haha.

Char shopping.
Jack and Liam rolling in the snow and then jumping in the hot tub.  Why do kids do this.
Our group minus the Bunkers.  Ah I miss them.
