Keroppi!

This is super random and probably very uninteresting so feel free to stop reading now.  This is one of those journaling for myself posts.  Logan and I were heading to a Chinese Restaurant and somehow we got on a weird topic and I asked him if he remembered that little frog named Kerokie or something and I described him to Logan.  Logan looked at me like I was crazy and no idea what I was talking about.  I knew I wasn't nuts and had to prove myself so the research began.  It took me an unnecessary hour but I tracked down the little frog on the internet.  His name is Keroppi (I was close)  and he is a friend of Hello Kitty.  I had flashes of seeing him in middle school on all the girls pencils, socks and backpacks and I always wanted something with him on it, but never owned anything.  Somehow that little frog had enough of an impact on me to stay n my subconscious.  Anyway mystery solved.   And that night was Logan's turn to plan date night and what was the theme?  Keroppi.  He found a bunch of online Keroppi games and we watched some Hello Kitty while we ate sumo wrestler cookies (also known as EL Fudge cookies).  Like I said, super random and pointless but that's just us sometimes.

Playing Keroppi

This game has nothing to do with Keroppi but was super funny so we played it.  It was called Love Ninja and you fly around matching couples up.

I think Kate Carlile is the perfect name. I am not alarmed at all... I'm flattered! I'm still pretty convinced that at least one of our kids will get married, so maybe your next girl will actually be a Carlile some day! Anyways, we miss you guys and we should have an online wii party as soon as we invest in a wii. I miss those. Oh yeah and a triathlon. We should do that again too.

My dad's office was near the Ogden mall (before it was ghetto.) And we would meet him there for lunch. He would always take us to the Hello Kitty store to look and would sometimes buy us some stickers or a pencil. Tell Logan not to look at you funny next time because you totally know what you are talking about.

PS- if we were friends in elementary school, I would have shared my Kerropi stuff with you!
