We did an FHE on the wise man and the foolish man. I put a house in a bowl with sand and then stuck it on a rock. They got to pour water over both bowls to see which house would stand. We then ate pop rocks as our treat. Family home evening has really become something we look forward to doing as a family. It's taken a while but having kids, especially kids that get it, make it so much more meaningful.
