We had a nice little dinner for Charlotte's birthday. We decided to keep things low key and just party with the family. We had cake and then let her open presents which we then all played with until bedtime. Toys can be hit and miss but I think I got these right; her own little set of board books and a Melissa and Doug fill and spill picnic basket. She was also loved from afar and many gifts were mailed to us from Grandmas and Great Grandmas. She loved it all.
