Logan turned 29 in January. I feel bad that his birthday usually comes right after the holiday crash and we are all burned out but we still had a delicious dinner and his favorite dessert, Graham Bam. I am not typically one to gush publicly about my husband although he deserves it. But due to my journaling purposes, I am going to so look away if you must.
Logan is an amazing father and husband. He always puts us first and I am so thankful for that. He is cleaner than I am so I rarely have to pick up after him. Although he would claim otherwise, he can function rather well on little sleep. He is often the one who gets up with the kids and lets me snooze for a few minutes longer. He is so good to play with Jack and Char and he makes time for it everyday. He very patient.. I need to learn this. He is such a handy man and can literally fix anything. He is also technology savvy and has had to save my computer countless times when I download viruses on it. He is so unbelievably smart and has been blessed with the gift of learning. He teases and usually gives me a sarcastic answer before he ever gives me a serious one. Even for a man of almost 30, he is super fit and athletic. He still plays on lots of intramural football and basketball teams and exercises and runs. He knows the scriptures inside and out. I wish I could borrow that talent. He makes me laugh all the time. He loves food and will eat anything I make (good or bad... he ate a steamed cucumber once because I thought I had cooked zucchini). And of course, he is oh so handsome :)
